In the hamlet of La Forêt, in the Valériane building, you will be 100 m from the start of the Planchamp cable car(open in summer) and 200 m from the pedestrian street with all the shops and leading to the Piou Piou children's club.
The flat, located on the 1st floor, is served by 2 lifts and walkways equipped with rubber mats. All the windows or bay windows open onto the outside, none of which opens onto the corridors. The living room with open plan kitchen gives access to the south-facing balcony (6 m²) facing the sledge run and offers a beautiful view of the mountain.

The rental price includes cleaning at the end of your stay (except for the kitchen area to be cleaned and the dishes to be put away).
Ski locker in the 1st basement
Covered car park (paying in winter and to be reserved in advance, free in summer) - direct access by lift from the residence.
A contract, an inventory of equipment and an access map will be sent to you.
No smoking apartment/pets not allowed.

The flat is available from 5 p.m. onwards (it can be made available from 1 p.m. onwards for a supplement of 45 € to be provided at the time of booking) and must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
