The residence is also next to the arrival of the gondola which serves the Jardin des Enfants and all the shops in the Rue du Bourg.
The flat is 27 m², bright, functional, decorated with care, with a balcony on the slopes facing south.
It is equipped with a separate kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob, oven and microwave. Bathroom with independent WC.

It can be divided by a removable partition to make two bedrooms at night, with two separate entrances. It is equipped with two pull-out beds on the living room side and two pull-out beds on the dining room side.

There is a ski locker right next to the flat.
