HOW DO I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
Access the Valmorel booking platform and select the accommodation you want! Then choose the other product(s) you wish to add (ski passes, ski lessons, activities, etc.) and follow the various steps until you confirm your order and make your secure payment.
HOW CAN I FIND MY VALMOREL ACCOMMODATION?
During your search, you can use the filter to select the location of your accommodation by hamlet. Then simply refer to the resort map to make sure you’re not mistaken.
I HAVE CONFIRMED AND PAID FOR MY BOOKING, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
First of all, please check that our confirmation email has not accidentally arrived in the “spam” folder of your email inbox.
If it hasn’t, please send an email to the following address, giving as much information as possible about your booking (date, time, product, amount, etc.) to alliance@valmorel.com, who will check that your order has been registered.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
To change or cancel your order, you will need to contact the professional with whom you made your booking. The contact details are given in the order confirmation e-mail.
Please note that each service provider has its own terms and conditions of sale, so please read them carefully before confirming your order.
