10 signposted routes are available in the Morel Valley (shared between Valmorel and Doucy), for hiking, snowshoeing or Nordic walking. Walking and hiking enthusiasts, more and more numerous each season, will be delighted! Regularly maintained and groomed, these freely accessible Nordic routes are shown on a map sold for 3€ in our reception offices or directly on the internet with our online shop. Please be aware of the weather conditions, follow the signposts (purple panels) and be aware that you are on these trails at your own risk.
From Grand-Nâves (45mn drive from Valmorel or Doucy), 27km of snowshoeing routes accessible to all levels are marked and secured. No less than 6 loops and 3 links take you to discover nature and calm, far from the crowd and noise. Here you can take your time, looking out for animal tracks and panoramic landscapes that appear before your eyes. Access to the snowshoeing area is free and the paper map is available at the Maison de la Montagne for the symbolic euro.
