An energy treatment is a moment of deep relaxation that you can indulge in to relieve physical and emotional pain and regain mental calm, inner peace and general well-being. It is a natural method designed to harmonise your body, emotions and mind. Its aim is to raise and balance your vital energy in order to kick-start your self-healing process, release tension, eliminate blockages and recharge your batteries so that you can regain both physical and mental health. The different methods I use:
Reiki: a method of Japanese origin based on the technique of laying on of hands to bring universal energy back into contact with the life force and thus revitalise the body.
LaHochi: Chinese energy technique transmitted by the laying on of hands, which uses a holistic approach to dissolve the energy blockages that are the main causes of physical, psychological and emotional imbalances.
Acupressure: derived from traditional Chinese medicine, this technique aims to stimulate specific points on the body by applying pressure with the fingers. The aim is to harmonise the circulation of vital energy throughout the body, in order to awaken the body's self-healing processes.
Micro-Massage is a manual therapy that combines the benefits of magnetism with the principles of energetic osteopathy. Gentle and relaxing, this technique reduces pain and relieves the burden of emotions.
- Cranial Micro-Massage aims to restore mobility and breathing to the cranial cavity. The extremely gentle movements resonate throughout the body via the spinal column. Particularly recommended for people suffering from chronic headaches, neck pain and those feeling depressed.
- Visceral Micro-Massage focuses on the viscera of the abdomen, acting directly on the enteric nervous system. Beneficial effect on digestive, gynaecological and urinary disorders. This treatment acts on emotional tensions in the abdomen, our second brain.
Magnetism: detects disturbed vibrations and restores and balances energy. Used to relieve a targeted problem, such as cutting the fire for burns and soothing physical pain...
